    PESHAVARI BLACK GRAM

    Material

    • Black gram-2 cups
    • Chopped onion-1
    • Finely chopped tomatoes -1 cup
    • Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon
    • Chopped chilli -2
    • Cinnamon-1 Piece
    • Black cardamom -2
    • Coriander-1 teaspoon
    • Red pepper -1 teaspoon
    • Chana Masala Powder – 2 Tablespoons
    • Pomegranate powder-1 teaspoon

    Sprinkle gram by soaking the gram in water and scattering it. Put sprouted gram in a cooker, add some water and whistle two whistles. Heat ghee in the pan and add cardamom and cinnamon to it and roast until it gets scent. Cast onions and put green chillies. Tomatoes cook until soft. Put coriander powder, red chili, gram masala and pomegranate powder. Mix well and cook till ghee is dissolved. Put the water in the pan as required. Add salt and mix it and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Decorate coriander leaves and serve with paratha.

    सामाग्री

    • काला चना-2 कप
    • कटा प्याज-1
    • बारीक कटा टमाटर-1 कप
    • अदरक पेस्ट – 1 चम्मच
    • कटी मिर्च-2
    • दालचीनी-1 टुकड़ा
    • काली इलायचि-2
    • धनिया-1 चम्मच
    • लाल मिर्च -1 चम्मच
    • चना मसाला पाउडर -2 चम्मच
    • अनारदाना पाउडर-1 चम्मच

    विधि

    चने को पानी में भिगो कर और निथार कर अंकुरित कर लें। अंकुरित चने को कुकर में डाले, थोड़ा पानी डालकर दो सीटी लगा लें। पैन में घी गर्म करे और उसमे इलायचि और दालचीनी डालकर खुशबू आने तक भुने । प्याज डाले और हरी मिर्च डाले । टमाटर के मुलायम होने तक पकाए । धनिया पाउडर, लाल मिर्च , चना मसाला और अनारदाना पाउडर डाले। अच्छी तरह से मिलाकर घी के अलग होने तक पकाए । पैन में आवश्यकता अनुसार पानी डाले । नमक डालकर कर मिलाए और माध्यम आंच पर 10 मिनट तक पकाए । धनिया पत्ती से सजावट कर और परांठा के साथ सर्व करें।
