    KASHMIRI RAJMA GOGJI

    Material

    • Material Rajma-2 cup
    • Chopped onion-1
    • Finely chopped garlic-3 buds
    • Finely chopped ginger-1 piece
    • Chopped Turnip-3
    • Soothe – 1 Tablespoon
    • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-1 Tablespoon
    • Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
    • Fennel Powder-1 Tablespoon
    • Mustard Oil – 2 Tablespoons
    • Finely chopped onions – 2
    • Salt to taste

    Soak Rajma in the night. Heat a spoonful of oil in the cooker and roast until onion turns golden. Ginger – Grill the garlic, till golden brown. Cook tomatoes in the cooker and cook until crushing. Add turmeric powder, red chili, nour, and fennel powder and roast for one minute. Now add rajma in a cooker and mix well with the spices. Pour four cups of water. Cook on low flame for 40 minutes. In the meantime, heat one spoon mustard oil in a pan and pour the pieces of turinip it. Put Rajma back on the gas. Cook on medium flame for ten minutes and cook it.Decorate the onion with rings.

    सामाग्री

    • राजमा-2कप
    • कटा प्याज -1
    • बारीक कटा लहसुन-3 कलियाँ
    • बारीक कटा अदरक-1 टुकड़ा
    • कटा हुआ शलजम -3
    • सौंठ – 1 चम्मच
    • कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर -1 चम्मच
    • हल्दी पाउडर -1/4 चम्मच
    • सौंफ पाउडर-1 चम्मच
    • सरसों तेल -2 चम्मच
    • बारीक कटा प्याज – 2
    • नमक स्वादानुसार

     विधि

    राजमा को रात में भिगो दे। एक चम्मच तेल कुकर में गरम करे  और प्याज को सुनहरा  होने तक भूने। अदरक – लहसुन डाले, सुनहरा होने तक भूने  । कुकर में टमाटर डाले और गलने तक पकाए। हल्दी पाउडर , लाल मिर्च, सौंठ, और सौंफ पाउडर डालकर एक मिनट तक भूने । अब राजमा को कुकर में डालकर मसालो के साथ अच्छी तरह से मिलाए। चार कप पानी डाले। धीमी आंच पर 40 मिनट तक पकाए । इस बीच एक पैन में एक चम्मच सरसों का तेल गरम करें और उसमे सलजम के टुकड़ों को डाले । राजमा को वापस गैस पर चड़ाए । मध्यम आंच पर दस मिनट तक और पकाए। प्याज को छल्लो से सजा कर पेश करें।
